We give you this trial specifically so you never have to ask for a refund.

All Sales Are Final
Once your free trial ends and you choose to subscribe, your payment is non-refundable. This applies to monthly, quarterly, and annual plans. You purchased access to the platform for the period you selected — that access is immediately delivered and available to you in full.

No Refunds for Partial Periods
If you cancel your subscription mid-period, your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

No Refunds for Non-Use
We cannot issue refunds because you didn't log in, didn't add API keys, or didn't use the platform. The service was available to you. We strongly encourage all new users to set up their account and add their first location during the free trial to ensure the platform meets their needs.

Exception: Platform-Wide Outages
In the rare event of a documented platform-wide outage exceeding 72 continuous hours due to our infrastructure failure (not third-party API issues), we will issue a prorated service credit — not a cash refund — for the affected period. This is at our sole discretion.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@mappackai.studio. Cancellation is effective immediately — no more charges will occur. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Addon Purchases

Individual addon purchases (Messaging, Surveys, Video Testimonials, etc.) follow the same policy. All addon sales are final. Addons are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the next billing date.

Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at billing@mappackai.studio before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors quickly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account termination.
