Terms of Service

1. The Service

MapPackAI is a local SEO growth platform operated by Bagel Barron LLC ("we," "us," "our"). We provide tools for Google Maps rank tracking, review management, content scheduling, AI coaching, and local business growth.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with reasonable notice to subscribers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use MapPackAI. By creating an account you represent that this is true. The platform is intended for business use — you agree to use it to manage legitimate business operations.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or allow multiple people to use a single account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@mappackai.studio.

Each subscription covers one business entity. Agencies managing multiple clients must use the Agency plan and may not use a single Starter account for multiple clients.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Available Plans

• Starter Monthly — $97/month, billed monthly, up to 5 locations
• Starter Quarterly — $247/quarter (saves $44), billed every 3 months
• Starter Annual — $797/year (saves $367), billed annually
• Agency Monthly — $297/month, billed monthly, up to 25 locations
• Agency Quarterly — $747/quarter (saves $144), billed every 3 months
• Agency Annual — $2,397/year (saves $1,167), billed annually

Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the platform. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of your trial, you must choose a paid plan to continue using the platform.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed automatically on your billing date via Stripe. By providing payment information you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All prices are in USD.

Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use MapPackAI to:

• Create fake or fraudulent Google reviews or manipulate review platforms
• Send spam SMS messages or violate TCPA regulations
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content about competitors
• Violate Google's Terms of Service or any platform's usage policies
• Resell access to the platform to others without our explicit written permission (except through the Affiliate Program)
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

6. Your Content & Data

You own all content you create on MapPackAI — your posts, your reviews, your business data. By using the platform you grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions for content you upload, including customer contact lists used for SMS campaigns. You must comply with all applicable SMS marketing laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM) when using our review request features.

7. AI-Generated Content

MapPackAI uses AI to generate content suggestions including GBP posts, social media captions, review replies, and coaching advice. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content for your specific business needs.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Our platform integrates with Google, Yelp, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twilio, and other third-party services. By connecting these services you authorize us to access and use them on your behalf. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or services that affect platform functionality.

9. Limitation of Liability

MapPackAI is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about specific ranking improvements, review increases, or revenue outcomes. SEO results vary based on many factors outside our control including Google algorithm changes, competitor activity, and market conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@mappackai.studio. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. See our Refund Policy for details.

We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms with immediate effect and without refund.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
